We are seeking dynamic and articulate individuals for our US English Process (International Voice Process) . The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills in English and a strong customer-centric approach. This role involves engaging with international clients, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and / or outbound calls with international clients, primarily from the US.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information or solutions based on client inquiries.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Adhere to call quality metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Qualifications
Communication : Excellent verbal communication skills in English are paramount, with strong grammar and pronunciation.Experience : Relevant experience in a voice process or customer service role is beneficial, but freshers with exceptional communication are encouraged to apply.Skills
