Managing global workforce in todays fast changing and highly disrupted environment is becoming increasingly complex. As member of our PC practice youll be part of a team that support clients in aligning their HR function with the Organizational plans while keeping employee experience as one of the core considerations. The opportunity

We are looking for Managers with expertise in HRT to join the PC team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in the growth of the PC team.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow the HR Transformation capability within the business; develop strong relations with global practices; achieve metrics on productivity utilization head count growth and penetration
• Ensure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management. Manage engagement risk project economics manage escalations and ensure effective planning and budgeting
• Develop thought leadership collateral tools techniques methodologies to build and enhance HRT offering within the practice
• Coach and guide the team to deliver high quality deliverables to clients. These deliverables vary across RFX responses assessment report-outs HR strategy design process flows project plans etc.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HRT service areas to provide insights on overall strategic and operational performance
• Perform role of counsellor and coach define and set goals conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team
• Implement strong people practices and policies; provide counselling support to individuals in the team for their learning and development performance management and career growth
• Drive effective client communication cadence and build relations with client and project counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts

Ideally youll also have

Hands on experience in HR operating model design and organisation design

Design of role descriptions and role catalogue

Design of shared services model and organisation structure

HR process mapping and optimisation experience
