The Tech Support Engineer will provide comprehensive technical support to internal teams, ensuring seamless operations of critical infrastructure, servers, networks, and endpoints.

This role requires strong fintech domain knowledge combined with hands-on expertise in infrastructure troubleshooting and resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure & Server Management :

• Monitor and maintain server health, uptime, and performance across on-premises and cloud environments
• Diagnose and resolve server-related issues including hardware failures, disk space management, and service outages
• Perform routine server maintenance, updates, patches, and security configurations
• Manage backups, disaster recovery procedures, and ensure business continuity
