Job Description – Project Manager (Technology)

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager – Technology with proven expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of FinTech applications, preferably within the investment, wealth-tech, or digital finance ecosystem. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional command over English communication, demonstrate structured program management skills, and possess the ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end technology project delivery, from requirements definition to deployment and post-launch support.
• Plan, track, and monitor tasks across product, design, development, QA, security, and DevOps teams.
• Coordinate seamlessly with external vendors, technology partners, and API providers ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance are strictly met.
• Conduct comparative analysis of vendor solutions, tools, and platforms to support decision-making.
• Define and enforce project governance, documentation standards, and reporting cadence.
• Communicate project status, dependencies, and escalation points to senior leadership with clarity and executive precision.
• Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous process improvement.
