Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP and civil maintenance operations ensuring smooth and safe facility functioning.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs and promote energy conservation practices.
• Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all installations.
• Manage breakdowns, downtime, and ensure timely restoration of services.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory management of spares and consumables.
• Monitor and ensure contractor compliance, quality of service, and adherence to site rules.
• Prepare and share daily reports, maintenance logs, and incident summaries with the Facility Manager.
• Handle shift operations independently and assist in soft services as required.
