We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our product team and take ownership of creating  high -quality documentation that supports diverse stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content. This role will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and leadership to deliver documentation that ensures product adoption, compliance, and technical clarity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–6 years) as a Technical Writer in software, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong ability to create structured documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience preparing documentation for cybersecurity, compliance, or legal reviews.
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, MS Office, Adobe, Markdown, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with software development processes (Agile / Scrum) and technical concepts (APIs, databases, cloud platforms).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with  high  attention to detail.

Requirements

End-User Documentation :  Develop user manuals, quick-start guides, FAQs, and training materials to support product onboarding and day-to-day usage.

Leadership Communication :  Create clear, concise presentations and briefing materials tailored for executive stakeholders.

Technical & Compliance Documentation :  Prepare detailed documents for cybersecurity reviews, legal / regulatory submissions, and compliance audits.

Developer-Focused Documentation :  Produce API references, integration guides, system design documents, and best practice guidelines to support the engineering team.

Process & Standards :  Establish templates, style guides, and documentation standards to ensure consistency and scalability.

Collaboration :  Work closely with SMEs, product managers, and engineering teams to gather requirements and validate technical accuracy.

Continuous Improvement :  Leverage user feedback and analytics to update and enhance documentation over time.
