Job Title : Production Head - Event Management

Job Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Production Head to lead the production and execution of events for our growing event management company. The ideal candidate must come from the events industry with a proven track record of delivering high-quality events across various formats and scales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end event production – from planning and setup to on-ground execution and closure.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of all events.
• Maintain a strong vendor network and ensure cost-effective procurement and production practices.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and rates to achieve optimal margins and top-quality output .
• Conduct site recces and risk assessments ; develop detailed production plans and timelines .
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards across all event executions.
• Manage production budgets , ensuring delivery within defined timelines and cost limits .
• Train and mentor the production team and on-ground crew to maintain high operational standards.
