We are looking for a Staff Engineer to lead the evolution of our next-generation, privacy-first advertising platform. You’ll embed machine learning and generative AI into every layer - from ad targeting, bidding, and attribution to fraud prevention and creative optimization. Your work will define speed, reliability, and innovation in a system processing millions of requests per second and billions of events daily.

What You’ll Do

• Define the multi-year technical roadmap, balancing innovation, revenue, and regulatory requirements.
• Architect low-latency, high-throughput ad-serving systems with AI at the core.
• Build ML pipelines for model training, deployment, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with data scientists to turn prototypes into scalable production systems.
• Design fault-tolerant, horizontally scalable systems optimized for cost and performance.
• Ensure privacy-by-design across all platforms, complying with GDPR, CCPA, and ATT.
• Lead critical platform initiatives from concept to production, solving performance bottlenecks and raising system reliability.
• Mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions, and drive adoption of best practices.
