What You'll Do

• Evaluate the documentation needs for all SOTI products.
• Estimate, plan, and track documentation projects.
• Regularly report the progress, roadblocks, and concerns to the team.
• Use SOTI products to learn and gain expertise before writing the documentation.
• Design and create user guides, online help, SDK guides, and integration guides.
• Define training needs and create training guides.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Quality Assurance teams.
• Schedule reviews with multiple stakeholders.
• Be the 'Voice of the User' within the company.
• Work independently and with limited supervision.
