Project Lead

Role Title : Project Delivery Lead

Exp : 9 To 14 Years

Location : BENGALURU

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of a project (small or less complex) via tracking project-control metrics.
• Manage development, production support and maintenance activities for the project.
• Act as the day-to-day customer interface : proactively address issues and prevent escalations.
• Ensure timesheets and invoicing are completed by deadline.
• Create functional & technical specification documents.
• Track open tickets / incidents, allocate to resources and ensure closure within deadlines.
• Ensure the delivery-team adheres to SLAs, KPIs and OLAs.
• Encourage continuous improvement : find ways to deliver faster, better, more cost-efficiently.
• Assist the Project Manager with risk management, participate in quality reviews and enforce software-quality processes.
• Draft project charter and project plan; review functional & technical specs.
• Consolidate status reports across modules; maintain knowledge-management (reuse, accuracy, efficiency).
• Serve as single point of contact (SPOC) for team & stakeholders.
• Mentor, motivate and develop team members; promote teamwork.
• Provide application production support as per defined RACI matrix.
