Role Title : Project Delivery Lead
Exp : 9 To 14 Years
Location : BENGALURU
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of a project (small or less complex) via tracking project-control metrics.
- Manage development, production support and maintenance activities for the project.
- Act as the day-to-day customer interface : proactively address issues and prevent escalations.
- Ensure timesheets and invoicing are completed by deadline.
- Create functional & technical specification documents.
- Track open tickets / incidents, allocate to resources and ensure closure within deadlines.
- Ensure the delivery-team adheres to SLAs, KPIs and OLAs.
- Encourage continuous improvement : find ways to deliver faster, better, more cost-efficiently.
- Assist the Project Manager with risk management, participate in quality reviews and enforce software-quality processes.
- Draft project charter and project plan; review functional & technical specs.
- Consolidate status reports across modules; maintain knowledge-management (reuse, accuracy, efficiency).
- Serve as single point of contact (SPOC) for team & stakeholders.
- Mentor, motivate and develop team members; promote teamwork.
- Provide application production support as per defined RACI matrix.
Required Experience & Skills :
Several years' experience in project delivery (ideally 5-8 years or more) in IT / software.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, maintenance / support operations.Proven skills in stakeholder management, documentation (functional & technical specs), ticket / incident management.Familiarity with SLAs / KPIs, invoicing and timesheet processes.Excellent communication, leadership and team-mentoring capability.Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.Skills Required
