Role Description :
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage and support various Human Resources and General Administration (HRGA) functions. This role will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance with labour laws, and general office administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of India’s employment laws, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Job Description :
Recruitment & Hiring : Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring. Get requirements from leadership team to ensure candidates meet necessary skills and competencies.
Onboarding & Offboarding : Conduct new hire orientations and manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
Employee Relations & HR Operations : Oversee employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits. Provide support on various HR matters, fostering a positive workplace environment.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations. Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements.
HR Documentation & Record-Keeping : Maintain and manage HR documentation and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and employment laws.
Office Administration : Handle general administrative duties, such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an HR professional with comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Strong understanding of India’s employment and labour laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 0 - 1 year of in-depth experience managing HR operations
