Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our flagship showroom in Kochi .

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead a passionate sales team, and ensure every visitor experiences the essence of Stories — premium design, personalized service, and seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the showroom’s daily operations and ensure a consistently high brand experience.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Deliver top-tier customer experience from consultation to post-purchase.
• Oversee showroom merchandising, visual display, and brand presentation.
• Coordinate with designers and head office for inventory, campaigns, and promotions.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize sales strategies.
