Senior Associate Developer - Broadcom Clarity Platform

Role : Senior Associate Developer - Tenrox & Broadcom Clarity

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Associate Developer to specialize in Tenrox and Broadcom Clarity (CA PPM) platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting customizations and integrations for these critical project and portfolio management applications. This role requires a strong understanding of both technical development and business processes to enhance system functionality and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Development & Customization : Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations within the Tenrox and Broadcom Clarity platforms. You will also customize and configure system modules to support resource management, time tracking, and financial tracking.
• Systems Integration : Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and data integrations to connect Tenrox and Clarity with other enterprise systems like ERP and HRIS.
• Analysis & Problem-Solving : Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Collaboration & Support : Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. You will also assist in planning and executing system upgrades and migrations.
