Primary Functions and Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize dashboards in Tableau, ensuring they are intuitive, aesthetically appealing, and tailored to business needs.
- Conduct usability interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and ensure dashboards provide actionable insights.
- Translate complex datasets into clear and impactful visualizations, making data accessible for senior executives and business leaders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for visualization.
- Optimize performance of Tableau dashboards, leveraging calculated fields, LOD expressions, and data blending techniques.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple dashboard development projects while meeting deadlines.
- Provide training and best practices for Tableau usage within the marketing analytics team.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS) :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau dashboard development.Expertise in Tableaus advanced features, including calculated fields, LOD expressions , data blending, and dashboard optimization.Strong understanding of data visualization principles, ensuring dashboards balance aesthetics and usability.Experience in cleaning and preparing data for visualization, ensuring seamless integration with Tableau.Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective dashboard solutions.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Proficiency in SQL (writing query within tableau) for querying and managing data in relational databases.Familiarity with Marketing analytics concepts, including performance metrics, campaign tracking, and Marketing technology platforms.AWS services Ec2, Api Integration, Redshift (Tableau to AWS integration)WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS) :
