We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Co-Ordinator (Female) to oversee our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office functioning, providing administrative support, and enhancing the productivity of our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist in project management
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for team members
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in office administration or related fieldProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionSkills Required
