Position Title : Research Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a Research Analyst with a strong background in research, data synthesis, and project documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), using AI-powered research tools, and working on similar large-scale education or infrastructure development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on higher education policies, public–private partnership (PPP) models, and global institutional frameworks.
- Identify and evaluate potential academic and investment partners aligned with the project's vision.
- Gather and analyze data on government initiatives, land and infrastructure policies, and relevant sectoral incentives.
- Prepare and structure DPRs, feasibility studies, and concept notes for presentation to stakeholders and government bodies.
- Leverage AI-based research, data analytics, and documentation tools to enhance research efficiency and insight generation.
- Draft professional reports, briefing documents, and comparative analyses on national and global trends in education and innovation.
- Maintain regular communication with the leadership team, providing updates and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Economics, Education, Business Administration, or related disciplines.Proven experience in preparing DPRs, feasibility reports, or project documentation for large-scale public or private initiatives.Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.Proficiency with AI-driven research tools, data visualization, and productivity software.Prior experience in education, infrastructure, or investment development projects preferred.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.Skills Required
