Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Manager located in Hyderabad. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement processes, and overseeing contract management. Day-to-day tasks include supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, procurement planning, and ensuring that procurement activities are cost-efficient and meet the company's quality standards.
Job Responsibilities :
- Sourcing and Identification of R&D Chemicals, Raw Materials, QC & Columns, Impurities, Specialty Chemicals and Standards etc.,
- Reviewing the Purchase requisition for Consumables from various departments.
- Sourcing and purchasing of R&D Scientific Instruments.
- Follow up with vendors through online for obtaining prices "es (RFQ &RFI)
- Conducting negotiation for prices, other terms and conditions with vendors as per the HOD instructions.
- Creation & execution of Purchase Orders, Domestic and Imports as per the SOP.
- Handled for vendor evaluation, compliance documentation including CoA, MSDS, and regulatory documents
- Collaborating with cross functional teams, such as procurement accounting to resolve any payment related issues and inquiries.
- Preparing and maintaining relevant reports, including vendor statements, aging reports, and payment schedules
- Managing the procurement process from PR to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions

Experience in Supplier Evaluation and ProcurementSkills in Contract Negotiation and Contract ManagementStrong Analytical SkillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldExperience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is a plusExperience Required : 8-12 years in Procurement Experience in Chemical Pharma Industry
Education : Related field (MBA / PGDM is a plus)
Language Proficiency : Strong command and fluency in English (both written and spoken)
