Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven
Performance Marketing & Website Manager
to oversee digital marketing campaigns, optimize online sales performance, and manage our e-commerce website for our ladies’ garment brand. This role requires strong analytical abilities, hands-on campaign management experience, and a deep understanding of e-commerce user experience, website operations, and fashion-centric branding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across
Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels .
Manage
full-funnel performance —awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns.
Conduct
A / B testing
for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copy.
Monitor KPIs including
ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate , and generate regular reports.
Develop remarketing and retargeting campaigns to increase repeat purchases.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad content tailored to women’s fashion.
Manage
influencer performance tracking
where required.
2. Website Management & E-Commerce Operations
Oversee day-to-day website activities on Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento (as applicable).
Ensure product listings are accurate with
high-quality images, descriptions, pricing, sizing, and inventory updates .
Improve
user experience (UX) , website speed, and mobile responsiveness.
Coordinate with developers for technical updates, bug fixes, and feature improvements.
Implement
SEO best practices —on-page, Meta tags, blogs, schema data, etc.
Set up and optimize
conversion tracking, pixel integrations , and website analytics.
Manage homepage banners, promotional updates, festive campaigns, and new arrivals.
Work with operations team to ensure smooth order flow, COD verification, and logistic integration.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyse
customer behaviour, funnel drop-offs, and buying patterns .
Maintain dashboards and weekly / monthly performance reports.
Recommend strategies based on data insights to increase sales and reduce CAC.
Perform competitive analysis for pricing, products, and promotions.
4. Growth & Strategy
Plan and execute
sales campaigns, festive offers, and product launch strategies .
Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rate.
Suggest and implement automation flows (email, SMS, WhatsApp) to boost retention.
Identify new digital channels and partnership opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in
performance marketing , preferably in
e-commerce or fashion industry .
Strong knowledge of
Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Shopify / WooCommerce, and SEO tools .
Hands-on experience with website management, tracking tools, pixel setup, and analytics.
Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
Understanding of women’s fashion trends and customer behaviour (added advantage).
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
