We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on D2C performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and more to drive growth and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage high-budget performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns by analyzing key performance metrics and adjusting bids, audiences, and creatives to improve efficiency.
- ROI-driven approach to campaign management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to refine ad targeting strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
- A / B test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights through data analysis and reporting, offering recommendations for future campaign improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing for a D2C brand.Proven experience managing ₹8L+ monthly ad budgets with strong ROI optimization skills.Deep knowledge of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with creative and content teams.Hands-on experience in ad creation, copywriting, and audience testing.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technical or a related field.
