Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Automation Testing Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium, Python, and API testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks, leading test automation initiatives, and mentoring team members. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust automation frameworks using Selenium with Python.
• Drive API automation testing strategies using Python and tools like Postman / RestAssured / Requests library.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to define and implement effective test strategies.
• Ensure automation coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Perform root-cause analysis of defects and ensure quick turnaround on fixes.
• Mentor and guide junior automation engineers within the team.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership in test automation and contribute to overall QA roadmap.
