Job descriptionSupport and manage all infrastructure systems associated with AVOLTAs O365 and collaboration environment, ensuring compliance with change control processes. Administer and maintain systems, keeping installed software at third-party recommended levels. Monitor and support all O365 environments (including MS Exchange Online, MS Teams, Azure AD, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.). Support mobile messaging environments. Support both Cloud and on-premises infrastructure systems. Ensure provision of support and necessary methodologies for all test and quality assurance environments associated with the supported infrastructure systems. Develop and regularly update Operations Manuals (Runbooks) and Process and Procedure manuals specific to midrange technology for effective operations and recovery procedures concerning the supported infrastructure systems. Manage and support multi-cloud environments offering unified management services in dedicated environments (on-premises, third-party data center), private clouds, and public clouds. Provide weekly status reporting to AVOLTA stakeholders on the health, performance, and utilization of hybrid infrastructure. End user training as required, limited to 3 timezone based sessions on new features / changes to the service Agree, Define and Enable annual Service Improvement and Innovation Roadmaps
