Position : Voice Process Executive

Location : Ahmedabad Gujarat (On-Site)

About the Role :

We are looking for individual who are available to relocate to Ahmedabad Gujarat and work from office to Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls resolve issues and ensure top-quality service.

Responsibilities :

Handle customer calls efficiently

Understand and resolve problems with care

Maintain service and communication standards

Requirements :

Minimum : High School Diploma

Freshers can apply (experience preferred)

Fluent English communication and listening skills

Comfortable with rotational weekend and night shifts

Salary : CTC / month
