The Marketing Manager will lead and oversee the marketing function for Acutis Diagnostics, New York–based clinical diagnostics laboratory. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support business development initiatives. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with Acutis leadership to ensure all marketing activities align with compliance requirements (HIPAA, CLIA, NYSDOH) and the organization’s growth objectives.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the U.S. healthcare market.
- Align marketing initiatives with business objectives, sales targets, and client engagement strategies.
Brand & Market Development
Lead the development and maintenance of brand identity across digital, print, and client-facing channels.Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and client insights analysis to identify growth opportunities.Partner with business development teams to support proposals, presentations, and client acquisition campaigns.Campaign Management & Digital Marketing
Oversee execution of multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, paid ads).Optimize campaigns based on analytics to maximize ROI and ensure compliance with healthcare advertising standards.Direct content strategy for thought leadership, case studies, newsletters, and educational materials.Analytics & Reporting
Establish and monitor key data points for marketing performance, lead generation, and brand engagement.Deliver executive-level dashboards and presentations to U.S. leadership on campaign effectiveness and market trends.Recommend strategic adjustments based on data insights.Compliance & Governance
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to HIPAA privacy rules, CLIA guidelines, and NYS Department of Health restrictions for laboratory marketing.Review content and campaigns to safeguard patient confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.Collaboration & Communication
Maintain strong cross-functional communication with sales, operations, and executive teams.Participate in executive meetings to provide marketing insights for decision-making.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of progressive marketing experienceProven success in healthcare and or life sciences, sectors a must.Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms (HubSpot / Marketo, SEO tools, social media management).Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Familiarity with U.S. healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, CLIA, NYSDOH) required.Experience leading offshore or cross-cultural marketing teams is a plus.
