Responsibilities :
Client & Business Management
- Own end-to-end management of client accounts, ensuring the delivery of service propositions and achievement of client objectives.
- Understand client business, market, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Monitor account performance, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong, long-term relationships.Execute client relationship strategies to maximize engagement and satisfaction.Act as the escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely resolution.Business Development
Identify and flag cross-sell and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts.Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that contribute to client growth.Support pitch and proposal development for new business opportunities.Commercial & Service Ownership
Drive profitability and operational efficiency of client accounts.Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service while meeting financial targets.Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources to maintain account profitability.Team Leadership
Manage, mentor, and motivate client teams to align with client objectives and organizational culture.Provide guidance on career development, performance management, and skill building.Foster collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery.Required Skills & Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in client services, account management, or marketing leadership roles.Proven track record of managing large accounts and client relationships.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.Preferred Skills :
