Description : The Senior Client Service Director is a key leadership role responsible for driving strategic B2B marketing and media initiatives, operational excellence, and business growth across a diverse client portfolio.
Supporting the Managing Director, this role oversees daily operations, P&L management, client relationships, and new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Strategy : Lead strategic planning, client engagement, and operational excellence across teams.
- Account Growth : Build senior client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure strong account health.
- Financial Management : Oversee account P&L, forecasting, profitability, and resource planning.
- Campaign Excellence : Guide strategic marketing, media, and consulting initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution and innovation.
- Data & Insights : Ensure accuracy and insight-driven reporting to optimize performance.
- People & Partnerships : Mentor senior staff, manage vendor relationships, and foster a collaborative team culture.
- New Business : Lead pitches and contribute to Dentsu B2Bs product and service - 15- 18 years in B2B marketing / media with 5+ in digital leadership.
- Proven expertise in strategy, client management, and financial governance.
