Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and reach out to potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition to potential customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Customer Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Market Research : Gather insights on competitor activities, customer preferences, and emerging market trends to help shape sales strategies.
- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing leads and closing deals.
- On-Ground Promotion : Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, customer interactions, and progress reports using CRM tools or sales trackers.
- After-Sales Support : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, payment follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to improve overall sales effectiveness and address customer needs efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
Education : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).Experience : 0–2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and local languages.Sales Acumen : Basic understanding of sales techniques, customer psychology, and negotiation skills.Presentation Skills : Confidence in meeting customers face-to-face and presenting products or services effectively.Goal-Oriented : A self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle sales targets.Mobility : Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory for client meetings and field activities.Tech-Savvy : Basic proficiency with CRM tools, mobile apps, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Attitude : Positive, enthusiastic, and resilient with a drive to learn and grow in the sales field.
