Position of MEP Billing Engineer

Position : MEP Billing Engineer

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Experience : 10 to 15 Years

Project Nature : Commercial / Industrial / Residential Buildings

Responsibilities

• Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills for client submission.
• Verify and certify subcontractor / vendor bills with execution and QS teams.
• Prepare Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) from GFC drawings and track revisions.
• Maintain M-Book / Joint Measurement Records for executed work and materials.
• Reconcile executed quantities with site team to avoid billing discrepancies.
• Verify and support claims for additional / extra items with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Planning team for budget tracking, cash flow forecasting, and cost monitoring.
• Assist in contract administration, variation orders, and EOT claims.
• Prepare billing logs, update status reports, and ensure timely submission of invoices.
• Cross-check BOQ quantities with drawings for accuracy.
• Attend billing and commercial meetings with clients / consultants.
• Ensure compliance with company and contractual billing procedures.
