Role Description
We are looking for a Full-time Hybrid B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The role requires working 2 days from the office in Sector 134, Noida , and the remaining days remotely.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in B2B sales , preferably within the FMCG sector. The individual will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves extensive calling to Indian and international businesses to generate leads, present products, and close deals. A proactive, target-driven professional with strong communication and negotiation skills is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct B2B sales calls to both Indian and international clients for promoting FMCG products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of prior experience in B2B Sales , preferably in the FMCG industry .Hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation for Indian and international markets.Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of sales strategies, client acquisition, and account management .Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office applications.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
