Mainframe Developer

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Lead with deep expertise in legacy systems and a strong command over Easytrieve COBOL VSAM JCL and CICS. The ideal candidate will lead development and support initiatives mentor team members and ensure the delivery of robust and scalable mainframe solutions. Lead and manage mainframe development and support teams across multiple projects. Design develop and maintain applications using Easytrieve COBOL VSAM JCL and CICS. Provide technical leadership in optimizing and modernizing Easytrieve programs. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production and development environments. Drive performance tuning and enhancements for legacy applications. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with security audit and regulatory standards.
