Head - Operations

are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Head of Operations to lead end-to-end business operations, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and profitability. This role requires a proven leader who can align strategic vision with execution excellence across multiple business verticals.

The incumbent will oversee core operational functions from supply chain, customer service, and process excellence to P&L management ensuring seamless delivery, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key & Operational Leadership

• Define and execute the companys operations strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
• Own the P&L and drive operational efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
• Lead planning, execution, and optimization across supply chain, logistics, and customer operations.
• Build and institutionalize robust SOPs, governance models, and KPI frameworks.
