About the Role
Hire and handle the team of Project Implementers effectively to manage our day-to-day operations across locations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build strong relationship with the educational institutions and corporates in every location to get a constant flow of interns & volunteers and Infrastructure support from these sources.
- To efficiently manage the program calendar / plans across the schools with the help of the Project Implementers and volunteers.
- Regular data updation in our CRM tool with high data accuracy and provide insights for the leadership team on the project progress.
- To handle grievance which arises among any of our stake holders.
- To conduct regular process audits and school visits to maintain our quality standards of our program delivery.
- To follow up and collect the Impact data across the locations.
- To manage the asset inventory and the proper distributions to our beneficiaries.
- To liaison with the Government Authorities and Directorate of education on the permission process for all the AHCT’s intervention.
