What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruiting process
- Maintain TA dashboards, track metrics, and share insights.
- Create & update recruitment playbooks that guide hiring best practices.
- Ensure our hiring process is fair, valid, and high-quality.
- Manage end-to-end candidate coordination & interviews.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, agencies, and candidates.
- Identify bottlenecks → find smart solutions.
- Drive special projects that make an impact.
Sounds Like You
Full-time degree in HR or related field.Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.Excellent analytical & communication skills.Eye for spotting process inefficiencies & suggesting improvements.Strong competitive analysis & data skills.You will be helping us build our dedicated tech platform while serving fintech clients.
