Role Overview :

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our brand presence across multiple e-commerce platforms. You will play a key role in driving online sales, improving visibility, and ensuring excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Key Manage product listings, catalogs, pricing, and promotions on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Nykaa, Quick Commerce etc.).

• Monitor and analyze platform performance, sales data, and key metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, keywords, images) to improve rankings and conversions.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to execute campaigns and ensure product availability.
• Manage platform relationships, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Plan and execute e-commerce promotions, deals, and brand campaigns to maximize ROI.
