Position Overview

The

Corporate Relations & Placement Coordinator

will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with aviation, hospitality, and service industry partners to facilitate student placements, internships, and industrial exposure.

This role bridges the gap between

training outcomes and employment opportunities

, ensuring students of AirDivit Udan Academy are job-ready and successfully placed in reputed organizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Relations & Industry Networking

Establish and maintain partnerships with

airlines, airports, ground handling agencies, hotels, travel companies, and hospitality groups.

Regularly connect with HR heads and recruitment teams to identify hiring needs and placement opportunities.

Coordinate industry visits, guest lectures, and knowledge sessions for students.

Represent AirDivit Udan Academy in corporate meetings, job fairs, and networking events.

2. Placement Coordination & Student Support

Plan and execute the

placement calendar

for each academic session.

Shortlist eligible students, prepare profiles, and coordinate interview schedules with recruiters.

Guide students on

resume writing, interview skills, grooming, and corporate behavior.

Maintain placement statistics and prepare detailed reports for management and accreditation bodies.

Collect and document feedback from employers for continuous course improvement.

3. Internship & Career Development

Arrange

industrial training and internships

with partner organizations for Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, and Hospitality students.

Track student performance during internships and coordinate certification and evaluation.

Support students in developing career goals and align training with employability needs.

4. Branding & Outreach

Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase student success stories and placement achievements on digital platforms.

Assist in organizing

career fairs, alumni meets, and CSR-based career counselling drives.

Strengthen the AirDivit brand by maintaining strong employer satisfaction and industry visibility.

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in

Aviation, Hospitality, Business Administration, or HR Management

Minimum

3–5 years of experience

in placements, corporate relations, or recruitment (aviation or hospitality sector preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong corporate networking ability and understanding of aviation & hospitality industry trends.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Preferred Attributes

Prior experience in aviation or hospitality education institutions.

Pleasant personality with confident presentation and public speaking skills.

Ability to travel and represent the academy at various locations and industry events.
