We are seeking an individual to own the final stage of the sales funnel — connecting with prospective learners and driving enrollments.
You will engage with students and parents, handle objections, and ensure seamless conversions through structured follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end closure of leads post-demo.
- Conduct consultative discussions via calls / video to convert interest into enrollments.
- Handle objections, communicate program value, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and share learner insights with internal teams.
Requirements
1–3 years in B2C sales (EdTech / Upskilling / High-ticket preferred).Strong communication in English + 1 regional language.Proven closing skills and target orientation.Comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
