Assistant Manager- Procurement

Main Responsibilities

• Sourcing expertise & experience in CDMO / CMC / Chemistry / Toxicology.
• Exposure to import of specialty chemicals from China.
• Experience on cost sheets related to projects.
• Experience in import and its related formalities to ensure timely clearances and delivery of imported Goods. (Chemical / consumables)
• Procuring the chemicals solvents consumables etc and ensuring the timely delivery.
• Procurement of Analytical columns Biologicals & Consumables.
• Weekly delivery status needs to send for stakeholders.
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
• Rate contracting of all Opex related requirements.
• To arrange for vendor approval after obtaining of duly filled in vendor questionnaire.
• Ensure timely cost effective and high-quality materials adhering to all purchase policies and regulatory guidelines.
