💼 What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a robust new business pipeline across BFSI clients
- Own key account relationships and ensure customer delight and retention
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms — ensuring win-win outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client success
