Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Timings : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Transport Facility : Pickup and Drop from Dombivali Station
This HR Manager role requires strong on-ground presence inside the manufacturing facility, worker management, and operational coordination. Candidates who are comfortable working in a factory environment and handling on-site workforce operations are preferred.

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and shape HR operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional with a passion for people, processes, and creating a positive work environment. You will drive HR strategy and operations, manage payroll, foster employee engagement, and build an organizational culture that attracts, retains, and motivates talent. Working closely with management and department heads, you will be a key enabler of our growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for workers, staff, and supervisor
Coordinate with department heads to meet manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
Handle payroll processing, including attendance validation, overtime calculation, salary disbursement, and coordination with accounts.
Implement and maintain HR processes, policies, and SOPs for the manufacturing unit.
Handle onboarding documentation, inductions, and joining formalities.
Maintain attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and HR databases accurately.
Foster positive employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution.
Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and team-building activities.
Support statutory compliance, safety training, and labour law adherence.
Manage facility-related operations such as housekeeping, security, and administrative support.
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
5-10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing / factory settings.
A strategic thinker with the ability to implement processes and lead HR initiatives independently.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, attendance systems, and HRMS tools.
A strong communicator and influencer with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Proactive, hands-on, and capable of building a positive and motivated workforce.
Strong problem-solving ability and a fair, balanced approach to employee matters.
