Senior Analyst, Sales Operations

Total Exp – 1-3 yrs

Rel Exp- 1-3 yrs

Duration : 1 Year

Shift Timings : 24x5 Support (Weekend Off), Candidates must be flexible for APJ, EMEA, and AMER shifts (assigned post-training)

Work Location and Address : Bangalore and HYD Work from Office (5 days / week) (for female employee cab will be provided if shift timings are between 8pm to 6am)

Face-to-Face for interview is MUST

Mandatory Skills

1. 1–3 years in international BPO

2. STS – Order Management or OTC background

3. Verbal and written expertise in any one German x2 or French x1 or Japanese x2 or Chinese x2 or Portuguese x1 or Spanish x1 or Korean x1

4. Support experience in similar domains

5. Strong verbal and written communication

6. Multi-tasking, stakeholder engagement, and real-time problem-solving

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge of ecosystem and sales processes.
• Experience with order-to-cash (OTC) workflows.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, OneNote).
