Role Description

This is a full-time, office role for a Service Engineer, located in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing field service support, troubleshooting technical issues, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and delivering technical support. Daily tasks will involve ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of service excellence.

Qualifications

• B.Tech. / B.E. Mechanical Engineer
• Experience : 3 to 5 Years
• MS Office, ERP Knowledge
• Skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
• Experience in Field Service and Technical Support
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and address technical challenges
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
• Previous experience in related industries is a plus
