Performance Responsibilities :

• Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, focusing on driving measurable results such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Multiple Campaign Management : Manage multiple small- to medium-sized social media campaigns simultaneously, ensuring optimal performance and budget allocation across various industries.
• Trend Implementation : Stay up-to-date with the latest social media advertising trends, such as Shopping Ad campaigns, Retargeting, and emerging Meta and LinkedIn tools. Implement these strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Audience Targeting & Retargeting : Utilize advanced targeting and retargeting techniques, including Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and LinkedIn's precise B2B targeting options, to reach the most relevant users and drive conversions.
• Ad Creation & A / B Testing : Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and copy. Perform A / B testing to optimize ad performance and identify winning creatives.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to improve ongoing and future campaigns.
• Budget Management : Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI for each campaign.
• Cross-Channel Coordination : Work closely with other marketing teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
• Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization : Focus on generating high-quality leads and optimizing conversion funnels to maximize campaign success for both B2B and B2C markets.
