We are looking for a Digital Technology Hub Culture Lead to lead the development and implementation of critical initiatives that embed bp's culture within our India Tech Hub. As we scale up and onboard diverse talent, this role is crucial for ensuring that bp's values and cultural norms are consistently ingrained in both new and current employees. You will work closely with leadership and various stakeholders to create an engaging, inclusive environment where staff feel motivated to collaborate, perform, and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Culture & Values Leadership: Lead the consistent communication and embedding of bp's culture and values into daily work practices. You will develop an annual plan of initiatives and execute them to continuously reinforce cultural norms.
- Engagement & Community Building: Drive initiatives to create a highly engaging environment and create networking opportunities for staff. You will also lead a community of champions and change agents to develop and roll out initiatives that inspire and excite the Hub teams.
- Training & Development: Lead the development and implementation of coaching and mentoring programs for team leaders and staff. You will also design and deliver training focused on cross-cultural understanding and essential soft skills to enhance team collaboration.
- Ethics & Compliance: Act as the Ethics and Compliance (EC) lead for the Hub. You will promote and embed a strong EC culture, ensuring adherence to bp's standards and policies, and support leadership with reporting and reviews of EC cases.
- Project & Change Management: Manage multiple, concurrent initiatives with strategic thinking, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. You will apply mixed methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, to drive delivery and navigate organizational complexity.
