We’re hiring | Customer Success Associate (Voice – US Accounts) 🇺🇸📞

As part of our continued growth, GACS is expanding its India-based Customer Success team and looking for strong, voice-first professionals who enjoy working directly with U.S.-based customers .

This is a phone-heavy, relationship-driven role where you’ll speak with local and multi-location business owners in the U.S., help them understand marketing performance, and guide them toward better adoption, retention, and growth.

🔹 What you’ll do

• Run live calls with U.S. customers (onboarding, health checks, performance reviews)
• Explain marketing performance in simple, non-technical language
• Handle concerns, churn-risk situations, and expectation setting
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (CS, Ad Ops, Analytics, Tech)
• Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and outcomes

📍 Location : Remote (India)

🕘 Shift : US EST

💼 Type : Full-time

💰 Compensation : Up to ₹15 LPA (depending on experience)
