Role Description

This is an exciting full-time, on-site role based in Noida. As a Career Development Advisor, you will provide personalized career advice to students by assisting them in choosing the right online education path tailored to their goals. Responsibilities include understanding students' educational backgrounds and aspirations, conducting individual counseling sessions, and providing insightful advice on degree programs, career prospects, and application processes. Additional duties involve creating and implementing career development plans while fostering relationships within the College Vidya student community to support their academic and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills for delivering clear, effective, and empathetic advice during career counseling sessions
• Analytical Skills and the ability to assess student needs, goals, and options to provide appropriate recommendations
• Proficiency in Training and Coaching to empower students in academic and professional decision-making
• Experience in Program Development to foster a robust approach toward career planning and guidance
• Ability to establish rapport and build meaningful professional relationships with students
• Prior experience in education or counseling sectors is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, or a related field is preferred
