Job Title : Associate Recruiter (Non IT)

Work Location : Mumbai - (Goregaon)

Work Mode : Hybrid (WFO -3 days, WFH - 2 days)

We’re looking to hire a motivated and experienced Junior Recruiter / Sourcer with a strong background in hiring for non-IT roles, particularly within FMCG / D, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors. This role is focused on supporting and fulfilling our client’s talent acquisition needs by proactively sourcing candidates and maintaining a robust pipeline across various positions, while consistently meeting recruitment targets.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -

Note : This is a very sourcing heavy role that primarily focuses on talent mapping and pipelining activities.
