Solution Architect – Experience Cloud

8 to 12 Years of Experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect specializing in Experience Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of industry experience, with a proven track record in designing and implementing robust Experience Cloud solutions that drive customer engagement, personalization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Develop and document high-level and detailed solution architectures, including integration with other enterprise platforms and third-party systems.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of Experience Cloud features such as digital experiences, portals, communities, and content management.

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning to ensure optimal delivery.

Stay updated with the latest Experience Cloud capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Support pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, estimations, and proposal development.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

8 to 12 years of professional experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years architecting and implementing Experience Cloud solutions (Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar platforms).

Strong understanding of Experience Cloud features, architecture, and integration patterns.

Hands-on experience with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.

Expertise in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance digital experiences.

Experience integrating Experience Cloud with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with other cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.

Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
