Design test plans, scenarios, and strategies aligned with project requirements.
Provide detailed feedback to developers on software quality and usability.
Ensure product compliance through thorough testing and defect tracking.

Role Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve issues reported by customer support and technical teams.

Collaborate in product design reviews and contribute to test environment setup.

Monitor bug fixes and provide input on release readiness.

Communicate with stakeholders to support test planning, documentation, and root cause analysis.
