Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our inbound care operations. You will manage sales campaigns, create incentive programs based on sales attainment, and oversee the governance of sales performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Upsell and Cross-Sell Strategy :
- Analyze customer interactions to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance within the inbound care team.
- Sales Campaign Management :
- Design, launch, and manage targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Incentive Program Development :
- Create and manage incentive programs that motivate team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and make adjustments as needed.
- Performance Governance :
- Monitor and assess sales performance metrics to ensure compliance with company standards and goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development :
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales skills of team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support individual and team performance.
- Collaboration and Communication :
- Work closely with management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a sales coaching or management role, preferably within a contact center environment.Strong understanding of upsell and cross-sell strategies in a customer care context.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Experience in campaign management and incentive program development.Proficient in CRM software and sales performance management tools.
