Job descriptionActively Support the team in deal closure Analyse sales pitches, suggest improvements and implement best practices. Maintain a personal sales pipeline and close key opportunities as needed. Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM updates and quality standards. Collaborate with marketing & lead generation team to ensure high quality lead flow. Provide insights to leadership on market trends, Customer behaviour and competitor activity. Generate and analyse performance reports. Present progress and insights to senior management regularly. Bachelors degree in business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)

- Monitor daily, Weekly and monthly performance metrics.
- Provide regular feedback, training and coachin sessions.
