Role Overview

The Head of Digital Grid Business will lead Schneider Electric's Digital Grid portfolio across Greater India, driving strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence in solutions such as ADMS, DERMS, SCADA, DMS, GIS, and Low Voltage Analytics. This is a people leadership role, responsible for managing high-performing teams across Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Engagement.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

• Drive the adoption and success of Digital Grid Solutions including ADMS, DERMS, GIS, Grid Asset Performance, AGMS, and Low Voltage Analytics.
• Expand Schneider Electric's offerings beyond traditional Power & Grid segments into Transportation, Mobility, and Electro-intensive sectors.
• Champion digitization and sustainability through EcoStruxure and other Schneider Electric platforms.
• Define and execute strategic vision for long-term growth and market leadership.
